Kraibi Karbong is Thai martial arts which using various Weapons, such as Krabi (Thai sword) Plong(Wood Staff), Ngao (Blade stuff) Daab Song Mue(Two hand swords) and Mai Sawk. (A pair of wood which worn on the forearms.), and empty-hand technique such as pressure points, locks, holds and throws.

In the past, Thai fighters must learn Krabi Krabong because weapons is not enough for everyone. Thais must apapt something easy to find in local to protect themselves from enemys. Empty hands is not enough when fight with swords.

Today, Krabi Krabong is learn in many Muay Boran camp. However, not every camp because it’s not easy to teach. Special skill is required, not everyone can teach. It’s very dangerous, if teach in the wrong methods.Teacher must have experience to control training to prevent any injures.

Also, Krabi Krabong cannot teach for everyone. It’s useful but it’s may dangerous if teach to bad student. If they use them skill in the wrong way, the other may be hurt.
